All sales are final. The Glam Gloss Co doesn't accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds. If a mistake is made with your order please contact us and the correct item will be shipped to you as soon as possible. If a package is sent back to us because a customer provided the wrong shipping address, unfortunately, the customer has to pay for shipping again in order for them to receive the package. All damaged/ lost/ items must be taken up with customer local postal office. If the tracking number says delivered but you have not received your package, please be sure to contact your local post office as well.
